RETURN POLICY

At Armor & Ashes, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our items, we can only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items received

Return Window: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any damage or defects. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Non-Returnable: All other sales are final. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color variations due to monitor settings
  • Items without proof of damage

How to Report an Issue: Email us at info@armorandashes.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We'll review your claim and provide a resolution within 2-3 business days.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund once we receive the damaged product.
