We’re so grateful you’ve chosen to support Armor & Ashes. Because we work with multiple trusted manufacturing partners, your order may arrive in more than one package, and at different times.
Here’s what to expect:

Split shipments: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where they’re produced. Don’t worry, they’re all on their way.

Shipping times: Most items ship within 3–7 business days, but production and transit times may vary. You’ll receive tracking info whenever possible.

Delivery delays: While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, we’re not responsible for carrier delays or issues once the package leaves our hands. That said, we’ll always help you track it down and resolve concerns.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve shipped.

International orders: If you’re outside the U.S., additional customs fees or delays may apply. These are handled by your local postal service.
